⚠️ Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mycuci ("mycuci", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the mycuci platform at mycuci.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the mycuci platform.
1 Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
- "Platform" means the mycuci website accessible at mycuci.net, including all gaming, sportsbook, payment, and account management functions.
- "Player Account" means a registered account held by an individual user on the mycuci Platform.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their account wallet, excluding bonus funds.
- "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by mycuci, subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet before a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by mycuci prior to processing withdrawals.
- "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the mycuci Platform.
2 Eligibility & Registration
21+ You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use mycuci. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
To be eligible to register a Player Account on mycuci, you must:
- Be a natural person aged 21 years or older;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction;
- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details;
- Not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of mycuci or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
mycuci reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of the age restriction will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where required.
3 Account Rules
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Player Account on mycuci. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through the use of proxies or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
- One Account Per Household/IP: Only one registered Player Account is permitted per residential address and per IP address. Players from the same household wishing to register must contact mycuci support prior to registration.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mycuci will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Accurate Information: All information provided to mycuci must be truthful and current. Providing false information — particularly regarding age, identity, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Non-Transferability: Player Accounts, balances, and bonuses are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party.
4 Deposits & Payments
mycuci accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the account deposit interface.
- All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
- mycuci does not charge deposit fees. Processing times for e-wallet methods (TnG, Boost, GrabPay) are typically instant; bank transfer methods (FPX) typically credit within 5–15 minutes; USDT TRC20 within 5 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation.
- mycuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits of significant amounts and may request supporting documentation regarding the source of funds.
- Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your wallet. Contact support immediately if a deposit error occurs.
5 Withdrawals
- KYC Verification: All Player Accounts must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
- Processing Time: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on a same-day basis during operating hours. The majority of requests from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, and Johor Bahru players are completed within one hour of submission.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Bonus Funds: Funds derived from bonus balances that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the account balance if a withdrawal is requested prior to completion of wagering requirements.
- mycuci reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC, security review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
mycuci offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20×) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion.
- Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games typically contribute 10%; certain games may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are detailed in individual promotion terms.
- Time Limits: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified per promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the account balance.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion's terms.
- Abuse Prevention: mycuci monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, and co-ordinated abuse across accounts. Accounts found to be abusing bonus structures are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances.
- mycuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
7 Gaming Rules
All games available on the mycuci Platform are operated in accordance with the rules of the respective game provider. By placing a bet, you accept the applicable game rules.
- All gaming outcomes on mycuci are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing/spinning processes conducted under gaming authority procedures.
- Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- mycuci reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed due to software malfunction, incorrect odds publication, or any form of system error. Affected players will be refunded the bet amount.
- Sportsbook bets are subject to the specific rules of the sporting event and market in question. In the event of a rule dispute, mycuci's decision is final.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mycuci Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:
- Registering or using multiple accounts;
- Providing false or misleading registration information;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform;
- Colluding with other players in poker or any competitive game format;
- Exploiting software bugs or errors — any such exploits must be reported to support immediately;
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
- Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the mycuci Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, brand names, marketing materials, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of mycuci or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from mycuci.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- mycuci provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
- mycuci shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- mycuci's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- mycuci is not responsible for telecommunications failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions that affect your access to the Platform.
11 Responsible Gaming
21+ mycuci is strictly an adults-only platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means to generate income, to resolve financial difficulties, or as an escape from personal problems.
mycuci provides the following responsible gaming tools, available in your Account Settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been gaming for a set duration.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
- Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts reminding you of the duration and amount spent in your current session.

12 Termination & Suspension
mycuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where:
- A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
- mycuci reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behaviour;
- A player is found to be under 21 years of age;
- A player requests self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme;
- Applicable laws or regulatory requirements necessitate account closure.
Upon account closure for breach of Terms, mycuci may forfeit any and all account balances. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., player request or regulatory requirement), the Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable deductions.
13 Amendments to These Terms
mycuci reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address on file or via a notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the mycuci Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulatory frameworks and the general principles of contract law. In the event of a dispute between you and mycuci:
- You should first contact mycuci support at the email address listed on the Platform to seek resolution informally;
- If the matter is not resolved within 14 days of formal complaint submission, both parties may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided by mycuci's licensing authority;
- mycuci's decisions on gaming outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final in the absence of manifest error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
